Local dance students, ages 6-17 years old, are invited to audition for the touring production of “Nutcracker! Magical Christmas Ballet.” All technique levels welcome: the Audition Director will find a suitable role for all registered student dancers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To register for the Corvallis, OR Auditions, please go to www.nutcracker.com. Select ‘Dance With Us’ in the Menu options, and then search for the Corvallis, OR auditions at Corvallis Academy of Ballet. A $55.00 Registration\/Rehearsal\/Performance Fee will be due at the time of registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
AUDITIONS: Wednesday, September 2nd, 4pm-8pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n
MANDATORY FIRST REHEARSALS W\/ AUDITION DIRECTOR: Thursday, September 3rd, 5pm-7pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n
STUDIO REHEARSALS, SEPTEMBER-NOVEMBER: These rehearsals will most likely be held on Friday and\/or Saturday afternoons, exact schedule TBD. No rehearsals on September 4th or 5th. Corvallis Academy of Ballet Faculty will run these rehearsals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
PERFORMANCE: Monday, November 16th, 7pm, LaSells Stewart Center (performing students will need to be at LaSells approximately 2pm-9pm on November 16th; parent volunteers will be needed to help with costume fittings, supervision, etc).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
